Check timer operation in all three positions

“STAY ON”, timer should count down

3. Set timer in “STAY ON” position, oven

should operate continuously without tim-

Run light (power light) turns on

Verify proper fan rotation

Unit produces steam, window fogs, door seal

does not leak

Quenching system working

Hot Air Mode

Turn to HOT AIR mode and set thermostat to

400_F (204_C) and verify:

Heat demand light is on

Oven is heating properly

Combi Mode

Drain steam generator, close drain, turn to Combi

mode, set thermostat to 450_F(232_C) and verify

Pre-heat thermostat (P3) and thermostat

switchover is operational

Thermostat switchover betw een hot air and

steam is functional
